Thank you for choosing Okimat Artworks, the Canadian distributor of Pal Tiya Premium.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Within Canada

We currently ship to addresses across Canada.

40 lb Bags of Pal Tiya Premium

  • Free shipping to British Columbia and Alberta.
  • Flat-rate shipping of $25 per box to the rest of Canada.

3 lb Trial Bags

  • Flat-rate shipping of $15 per bag anywhere in Canada, including British Columbia and Alberta.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by location and carrier.

  • Western Canada: typically 2–7 business days
  • Central Canada: typically 4–10 business days
  • Atlantic Canada: typically 5–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, holidays, or remote delivery locations.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available within the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.

If you are located in the Lower Mainland, local delivery may be available at no additional charge. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate when placing your order.

Tracking Information

When your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Remote Areas

While we strive to maintain our standard shipping rates, some remote or difficult-to-service locations may require additional shipping charges. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before shipment to discuss available options before processing the order.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Okimat Artworks is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging so we can assist you.
