Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Okimat Artworks.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product must be in the same condition in which it was received.
- Proof of purchase is required.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Due to the weight and nature of Pal Tiya Premium, original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning products, as Okimat Artworks is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If the issue is determined to be our error, we will cover replacement or return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or partially used bags of Pal Tiya Premium
- Custom or special-order items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
